Executive Chef Milton Prudence, a true connoisseur of the kitchen, has been praised for his Creole dishes and finely prepared New Orleans’ fare for over 40 years. Starting out as a dishwasher at Galatoire’s, he worked himself up through the ranks, eventually taking the helm of the famous New Orleans’ institution. We welcome him to the Annunciation family where his legacy continues, cooking traditional Creole food from the heart.
